Have you been bitten by the Jane Austen bug?

I have to admit, I'm a total Austen fan.  I was first bitten by the bug in about seventh grade when I happened on a paperback version of "Pride and Prejudice".   I've read it several times since then, and it never seems to get old.  Amazing, since her  work that was written in the 1800's -- but her wit and themes are timeless. 

I recently finished reading "Lady Susan", the only Jane Austen work I hadn't read.  If you haven't read it, it's a novella told in letters about a scheming society widow and her daughter that she's anxious to marry off to a rich man.  

The recent book "Love and Friendship" is based on the character of Lady Susan and is a bit more sympathetic to her and her maneuvers through society. *
And now, to feed Austen lovers appetites, a movie version of "Love and Friendship" is being released.  If you're a fan, you may enjoy reading this article about the movie.
